Village Hall
The village hall has become a valuable facility for all of the village. It has played host to a number of activities and groups over the years, including brownies, yoga classes and of course the WI. It continues to provide a focal point and meeting space for the community with themed meals, quiz nights, annual barn dance and the produce show, as well as providing a space for events such as the harvest supper and the cricket dinner, even drawing in the crowds as a cafe during the ever popular flower festival.
The events organised by the village Entertainments Committee serve two purposes. The first is providing additional opportunities for people to meet up. The second is to raise funds to preserve and enhance the fabric of this lovely old building that provides such a useful service to all groups in the village.
The well equipped hall is avaliable for hire by residents and non-residents of the village. For more infomation click here
