Friends of Holy Cross Church, Yelling

Holy Cross Church in Yelling has stood on its current site since the eleventh century, and has been an important part of the village’s heritage, as well as providing a place of worship for generations. The Friends of Holy Cross Church, Yelling is an organisation aimed at raising money specifically  for the restoration and repair of the fabric of the church, and in particular addressing a list of concerns raised in the five year inspection.

As one of its initial fund raising activities, ‘The Friends’ have established  the ‘100 Club’ which invites people to take part in a private lottery, with regular draws during the year.

Anyone wishing to find out more about ‘ The Friends’ or to take part in the ‘ 100 Club’ can call the Coordinator, Susan Bownass on 01480 880014.

The winners of each month’s draw and the date of the next draw are announced on our 100 Club sub-page.
