Village Litter Pick - Saturday March 29th

Massive thanks to over 30 villagers who took part in a community effort to tidy up the verges, ditches and copses in and around Yelling. Unsightly rubbish had accumulated and it was time to act!!

Litterpickers ready for action

The village now looks much tidier, ready for the summer, but it was shocking what people dump and how much needed collecting. A plea to anyone thinking of flytipping or dumping rubbish - DON’T, please use the municipal facility in St Neots on Huntingdon Street, which is well-run and convenient!

Here’s a snapshot of what was collected in just 3 hours….!Who's is all this?
