JAZZ EVENING - SATURDAY 12th JULY
Our 8th Jazz night was as usual a lovely evening, and the weather was kind to us - a little on the cool side but not wet! Thanks to the support of so many ,we raised £715 which will go to the Church Restoration Fund. Special thanks go to Irene and Mick Brearey who organised it all so wonderfully well,to Colin Griffiths for providing the marquee for the band and to all those who helped to prepare the churchyard for the event.
YELLING CHURCH FETE: SATURDAY 21st JUNE
We raised the magnificent sum of over £1150. Well done and thank you to everyone who helped in any way and came to support the event ,and especially to Irene for masterminding it all.

Well Done, Fiona!
Following interviews that took place on Wednesday 21st May, the Patrons and the Parish Representatives have unanimously decided to recommend to the Bishop of Ely that the Rev Fiona Windsor be offered the post of Team Rector of the Papworth Team Ministry.
The Plant Sale on May 3rd made £500.10! Thank you to eveyone who helped, contributed and bought plants to make this such a successful event. Your support is much appreciated.
